CURRENT PRACTISE AND SERVICE AREAS

  • Litigating on civil litigation matters relating to commercial and employment disputes before the Magistrates’ Courts, the High Court, the Court of Appeal and Arbiters acting pursuant to the provisions of the Arbitration Act, Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and Arbitration rules.
  • Providing legal opinions and general advice to clients on contemporary legal issues.
  • Real Estate Law; structuring and management of development projects; Preparation and interpretation of construction service level agreements; Applying for and obtaining various consents and approvals required under the law; preparation of licenses, cautions, prohibitions easements and powers of attorney.
  • Commercial Law; preparation and interpretation of commercial agreements such as royalty agreements, equipment leasing agreements and hire purchase agreements; contracts for supply and/or sale goods; intellectual property such as patents, copyrights, trademarks and industrial designs.
